SoulMap is a multi-system identity intelligence platform that synthesizes inputs you provide into personalized insights. Insights are for personal reflection and are not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harm others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and generated content templates, is owned by NeuroSpark. Your personal data and your generated SoulMap belong to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
