Your privacy is core to how SoulMap is built. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
Identity data: the inputs you provide for your SoulMap (birth data, self-reported traits, system inputs).
Usage data: minimal analytics to operate and improve the product.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to operate the Service: generate your blueprint, produce insights, secure your account, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
Identity data is sent to AI providers solely to generate your insights. See our AI Transparency page for details on which models are used and how.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, payments, AI inference) under strict agreements. We do not share with advertisers.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by contacting us.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted data is removed from production systems within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, plus role-based access controls.
