We want you to feel SoulMap is right for you before committing. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you owe nothing.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Refunds — monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, but you may cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
Refunds — annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of premium features. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Contact us via the Contact page with your account email and reason. We respond within 1–2 business days.
